Makes it easier to spot click/moderation/attention-worthy posts.**Edit**: In the list of questions, the name of the user with the recent activity is shown. In SX, the number of gold, silver, and gold badges of that user is shown (not just the reps).

Ok, got it now. This is actually more of a template thing. The templates do not have the power we want yet, but we already made some work, and for example, that username/rep/badges "signature" is represented by a tag, which takes some options, and in our default templates we opted to not to show the badges, but that is something you can easily change in your own OSQA.
Take a look at your profile page on your questions list. You can see that in this particular listing we show the badges.
