Well, our urls are internationalized, which means that you can alter urls based on the language, although this is not exactly what you want. But you make a good point, so I'll probably create a new module that converts OSQA's url scheme to mimic the SX one.

In general, I suppose the most proper answer is, "No, there is no guarantee that URLs in OSQA will be exactly what StackExchange/Shapado/QHub/whatever uses." We may, however, be able to provide a mapping module (as Hernani notes in his reply.) Still, just to be clear, there is no guarantee.
