Just installed OSQA, quite painless and straight forward. Nice job.
Next steps would be to customize it to fit with the rest of our site - for example:
Is there a guide or document that helps walk through this or point in the right direction?

Hey Parand, nice point... We've been discussing this issue a little bit around other threads here in meta, and you're right there is no documentation. There is someone working in the installation docs and the next step will be to create documentation about administrative options and module creation.
This is still a bit of a gray area for most people working on this, except for the guy who implemented the module functionality (which happens to be me), so I guess I'll have to do it myself, but the time has been sparse since we're rushing into releasing our first stable release.
But is a point taken and that have to be worked deeply so other people can start working on customizing their sites and contributing with cool modules. Anyway, I guess you can start posting specific steps while you're working at it, and I'll try to provide my best answers, which will be a good starting point to the documentation to :-)
