Well, the question is more, "Is it possible to run Django using IronPython"? Officially no, but if you google a bit about it you can easilly see that some efforts have been done with that in mind, specially from the IronPython community, see http://lists.ironpython.com/pipermail/users-ironpython.com/2008-September/008450.html. I think the biggest difficultie is that IronPython misses some important core Python libraries, but there are some success stories, maybe you can be one of them :-)
